"Terrific Terrific! Review Left by a verified customer Via AutoTrader.co.uk Purchase verified. 29/10/2025. The car had two or three issues when we first bought it so we had to return it the following day. However, Shaun fixed all the issues, with the help of main dealers, within a week, and the car is now running (touch wood) beautifully. I know he had to spend close on £1k of his own funds to put things right so, even though the warranty is based on a gentlemen's handshake, I cannot recommend Shaun and Torbay Motors well enough."

Unfortunately, the car had issues unknown to us after you purchased it. On behalf of Torbaymotors we apologise for this. Very rarely do we get customers returning with issues within our warranty period, we uphold our warranty terms and conditions and will do everything in our power to resolve the issues experienced. Unlike some warranties that companies offer and try to wriggle out of. Modern cars are mechanical beasts and so unpredictable with so many different electronic sensors that can cause alarm, but the matter has now been resolved which we are both happy with the outcome. Thank you for your understanding and patience. It was a pleasure meeting you again.

"Very helpful and friendly bloke. First spoke to Shane on the phone and arranged to go and see the car. Then met Shane in person and he showed us round the car and then we took it for a test drive. He wasn't pushy like some salesman are he just let us take our time and decide what we wanted to do. A nice guy. Would recommend to anyone wanting a car. Thank you from Ken & Michelle"
